The home drill meet will be held on March 20. All cadets must meet in the commons in front of the cafeteria at 0700. Some jobs, all Drill cadets, and all Staff members are required to arrive at 0600 and these jobs are marked on Encl 1. Make sure to check in with the front desk upon arrival to get credit for coming to the meet.

This is a mandatory event and will be counted as a grade. In order to get credit you must be here and work your assigned job the WHOLE meet unless performing. Unless you have a legitimate excuse to not be at the meet, you will not be excused from this event.

C/1^stSgt Rindlisbacher will check in Cadets at the front desk. The check-in sheet used will be an Alpha roster provided by C/SSgt Lindimeyer. All Cadets have to check in and out with the front desk in order to receive credit.

The Positions on Encl 1 are subject to change as directed by the CO. These cadets are in charge of the respective deck, and are to be sought out if any problem occurs or if a score runner needs the section leader for an errand from score room. All cadets are to report to their section leader after checking in, and are to report to section leader in any case not covered by instruction.

C/SgtMajor Lalime will get the directional signs and maps required by set up crew and will help C/1^stLt Starr set up the school for the meet. All cadets will work on rotational shifts. Door guards will rotate once an hour. The rotational order will be decide pending amount of door guards that report to their posts. All runners will rotate every score run and will do any task given when in the score room.

Timers will be issued a stop watch provided by C/1^stSgt Rindlisbacher at the meet. Timers are responsible to get the stop watch back to C/1^stSgt Rindlisbacher during the awards ceremony. After the meet, all Staff members and all Rifle cadets will remain behind to help clean up the school.

This meet is a chance to meet other cadets from other units in our division. Any poor behavior, swearing, PDA, or general misconduct in uniform will result in disciplinary action.

Food is available in the commons, provided by the PSG. The food is not free, but $10 is enough to get lunch and breakfast. All cadets will wear Camouflage except Section Leaders and Front Desk, who will wear Charlies.
